Double chocolate cinnamon spice cupcake recipe

This chocolate cinnamon spice cupcakes recipe has a secret ingredient that makes them taste sort of like chocolate meets some Hot Tamale candy.

Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour plus 4 tbsp
Egg replacer for 2 eggs
8 tbsp. vegetable margarine
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp cinnamon liqueur
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup dark chocolate, broken into pieces

Directions

Grease or line muffin tins. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Melt together margarine and chocolate. Cool.

Combine flour, sugar and egg replacer. Stir briskly until mixed. Blend in chocolate mixture and cinnamon, cayenne. Lastly add chocolate bits. Spoon batter into prepared pans filling half full. Bake for 20 minutes. Make 12 jumbos or 24 regular cuppies.

Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting and sprinkle with cinnamon candies.
