This island-inspired marinade adds sweet and tangy flavor to chicken breasts.
Island Rum Lime Chicken recipe
1 package McCormick Grill Mates Island Woodfire Grill Marinade
1/4 cup rum
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons oil
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
Mix Marinade Mix, rum, brown sugar, lime juice and oil in small bowl. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill chicken over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
