Spinach and herb stuffed pizza

Years ago, I had a spinach stuffed pizza at a family Italian restaurant. It was so amazing that I have been looking for it ever since.

But I am always disappointed — no one makes one, not even the restaurant where I originally found it. So, I made my own!

This super flavorful spinach and herb stuffed pizza is bursting with Italian herbs and creamy, gooey cheese. It’s a great twist on a traditional pizza, and is so fast and easy to make, you can have it on a weeknight.
